A new year escape to Batam Harbour Boutique Hotel & Spa exceeded my expectations! The friendly staff, especially Mr Jimmy, provided exceptional service, from prompt email responses to accommodating our needs. Despite being a 3-star hotel, the room felt like a luxurious 5-star retreat, offering spacious comfort and a cozy balcony. The bed was a dream, and the spa discount was a delightful bonus. We enjoyed a delicious last-minute lunch before our departure, showcasing the hotel's efficiency and tasty dishes. The location, just a short walk from Harbour Bay, was convenient for exploring the area and finding local eateries. The breakfast omelette was a highlight, freshly made and satisfying. A memorable stay that I would highly recommend to fellow travelers and consider revisiting with friends and family.
